Private 30-minute Zoom to understand your goals, body, schedule and preferences.
You choose whether to meet with Miguel Ángel for a concierge assessment or go directly with another Velarine coach — and you reserve your first session.
After your consultation, the Velarine coaching team designs a long-term program adapted to your body, objectives and available time, with optional nutrition guidance.
Private Zoom sessions 2–3 times per week, 45 minutes each, over the coming months.
Each session builds on the last so posture, strength and energy keep improving.
Continuous feedback so we can measure progress, adjust exercises and make every session effective, safe and enjoyable.

How does online coaching actually work week to week?
Your program is updated weekly based on your feedback and progress. You’ll receive training plans, check-ins, and video corrections directly through our app or WhatsApp.
Do I need a gym or equipment to train at home or when I travel?
No. We can adapt all sessions to your environment — from bodyweight routines to resistance bands or full gym setups.
What if my schedule is complicated and changes every week?
We create flexible plans so you can move sessions around when needed, maintaining consistency without stress.
Which coach is the best fit for me?
After your initial form, we’ll suggest the coach that best matches your goals, language and preferred style.
Are the sessions 1:1 or in a group?
Most plans are fully 1:1. Group options exist for specific goals like fat loss or posture programs.
How do payments work and what is the minimum commitment?
Payments are monthly or quarterly, depending on your plan. The minimum commitment is one month.

Yes — we provide personalized nutritional guidance with practical meal options for your goals and lifestyle.
